Enterprise Sales Roles (Throughout the Funnel)

Role Overview

Aloft (formerly Kittyhawk) is hiring for multiple sales roles who can help us field all of our awesome inbound leads, who can build and grow an outbound sales pipeline, and who can foster those leads (in both an SDR and Sales Engineer role).

Requirements

Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and clarify how the Aloft platform fills those needs – Solution Selling

Relevant experience in B2B sales. Success navigating large organizations and ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and the decision-making process – cultivating that champion and coach. Prior experience with CRM tools and leading sales methodologies to manage sales pipeline required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-growing team environment. BS/BA and a MINIMUM of 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a SaaS or Software entity. Effective time management with strong organizational skills. Ability to work on a flexible schedule; available to travel as necessary. Legal to work in the US.
